Midsummer MadnessTM
Curious about why everyone loves Shakespeare? Ever wanted to try Shakespeare? Now is the time! Welcome to a world of poetry, farce, and fairies in William Shakespeare's imaginary Greece as we present "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Students will study text analysis and learn to "crack the code" of Shakespeare by bringing it from the page to the stage through monologue and scene studies as well as two final performances of "A Midsummer Night's Dream".

Writer's WorkshopTM
Are you a writer as well as performer? Did you write something you'd love to have performed? Have you ever thought about co-writing material? Then come participate in a week-long workshop where we will explore dialog and character creation for the stage. All participants will compose, direct, and perform various comic and dramatic skits of their own creation for a final performance at the end of the week. For ages 12-17.

Puppet Shows
Puppet Shows at the Old Michie Theatre are BACK for Fall 2011! Performed on Saturdays at 11am, 2pm, and 4pm. A wonderful treat for younger audiences, our puppet shows are lively interpretations of classic stories. For more information, click here!
